When visiting southern Utah, take advantage of all of the activities available in the St. George area. The area features 12 scenic golf courses that are highly rated in national publications. The area boasts two fantastic natural history attractions, the Rosenbruch Wildlife Museum and the St. George Dinosaur Discovery Site at Johnson Farm. Southern Utah is also home to pioneer historic sites, ghost towns and many scenic areas such as Zion National Park and Snow Canyon State Park where you can hike among spectacular sandstone formations.

In addition to its many year-round recreational activities, St. George features many top-notch annual events, including the Huntsman Word Senior Games in October and the Dixie Rotary Bowl in December. The Senior Games provides athletes 55 and over the chance to compete in a variety of sports, including cycling, softball, swimming, tennis and volleyball. The Rotary Bowl pits two top NCAA Division II football teams in an exciting game. It also includes events such as a parade, a concert, a banquet and a golf tournament.
