Before or after you eat at one of St. George’s restaurants, take advantage of everything Utah’s Dixie can offer. While in town, you can hike in Zion National Park, southern Utah’s top tourist attraction and a crown jewel in the famed Grand Circle of national parks. Other scenic areas nearby include Snow Canyon State Park, Sand Hollow State Park and Red Cliffs Recreation Area. The area is also home to 12 scenic golf courses, pioneer historic sites, ghost towns, and two fantastic natural history attractions, the St. George Dinosaur Discovery Site at Johnson Farm and the Rosenbruch Wildlife Museum.
One of the greatest concentrations of superb dining choices in St. George is near two of its best shopping destinations, the Outlets at Zion and the Promenade at Red Cliff. The Outlets at Zion is a collection of brand-name outlet stores such as Eddie Bauer, Rue 21, Van Heusen, Dressbarn, Polo Ralph Lauren, Gymboree and Factory Brand Shoes. Across the street at the Promenade at Red Cliff, you will find retailers such as Old Navy, Gen-X Clothing and Big 5 Sporting Goods. Within the two shopping centers, you will find Chili’s, Red Lobster, and Outback Steakhouse, as well as many more just down the street.
